Creating a query between 2 dates in Access?

I have been asked to create a database in microsoft access which will include various details but will include telephone enquiry information and the date that the enquiry was made. It has been specified that the database's operator should be able to open a query/window/form/etc and specify 2 dates to search between, this will load the resulting records in a pre-made query or report. Is this possible? How?
