Should there be a Public Enquiry into the death of Cameron's friend Christopher Shale at Glastonbury...?

There are some very strange circumstances and coincidences surrounding his death but I don't believe that a Public Enquiry will achieve much. They always end up whitewashing the guilty and covering the facts. I have no confidence in them whatsoever. The Hutton and Chilcott enquiries spring immediately to mind.
