How Many bedrooms am i entitled to?

Ok at the moment im in a two bed flat i share with my partner and 2 little boys (both under 10 years old) but my youngest who is 9 months gets the highest rate disability allowance and i have to wake him several times during the night for meds and change him so this would disturb my eldest son so would i be entitled to a 3 bed property?
