My Abc Lender shared my personal info with another Xyz lending co?

and xyz did hard enquiry on my credit and the same day i lost 5 points of my score. It is written on the papers i signed that Abc wont share my info with anyone and i did not authorise Xyz in anyway to check my credit. Where do i stand in this situation.
