I'm a white male, 19, 6'1", and 210 lbs. I work out (with no breaks) at least 4 times a week for at least 45 minutes, and sometimes more. Always staying active during the day. I eat pretty well; I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and watch the sugary and fatty foods. I don't have a gut whatsoever. But is 210 lbs. unhealthy for someone who is 6'1"? I'm not of a "husky" build; I'm more thin and tall than I am robust. Thanks.
