Jumping mares and foals?

I don't think that ANY horse should be jumped until the age of 6 years old. If a foal is jumped once I don't think it could hurt but if the foal is jumped continuously than it's ought to hurt the foal. The bones and muscles are not yet developed so it would potentially hurt their future but giving them pre-arthritis.
