What incentive is there to be an honest INSURED driver when you get this response from Churchill?

Unfortunately its not Churchill's fault as all insurance companies work in the same way. I agree that's it is not fair but how else can they work. If they cant recover the costs of the claim from the other person then you lose your no claims. Cant think of a better way of doing it.
