Has anyone heard of a company called Pfeffer Legal Services based at manchester international office centre?

Just had a visit from a guy who is an enquiry agent, tried to find information on the company but cant find anything. Someone has tried to take out a �12,000 loan in my name and he was coming to confirm it wasnt me.
