What should a diabetic (type 2) person do if can't control eating the wrong foods (sugary food, junk food etc)?

It's simple: find the willpower to do it. I'm sorry, but there is no magic way to stop eating junk food and sweets. You just have to get some self-control, and not eat it. Simple as that. Easier said than done, but that's just the way it is.
