I wanna start dieting and exercising and have a few questions?

You can check out my youtube hmongnaturalmuscle, yeas you need 5 meals per day size of your palm every 2-3 hrs with a snack in between them in order to lose or maintain weight. Also no drinks what so ever just drink water and tea if you do this results are instant within a week with exercise too of course
